Every product listing should tell you exactly what is offered. Use the definitions below when reading our listings.
Condition labels
- Sealed: the manufacturer’s original seal appears intact. Sealed does not guarantee a specific random member or inclusion unless the listing says so.
- Opened – complete: opened and checked, with every inclusion specifically listed on the product page.
- Opened – incomplete: one or more original inclusions are absent; the listing identifies what is included.
- Loose inclusion: a photocard, postcard, POB or other individual item sold separately.
Photographs and defects
Known visible damage, wear or manufacturing marks are described and photographed as clearly as reasonably possible.
Authenticity
We describe an item as official only where we have reasonable evidence that it was manufactured or distributed by the relevant artist, label, agency, retailer or licensed partner. Unverified items are not labelled official. Fan-made or unofficial merchandise is clearly identified.
Inclusions and sets
Random inclusions, member versions, preorder benefits, lucky draws and retailer exclusives are guaranteed only when named in the listing. A bundle lists every included item. “OT8” or another group quantity means a complete member set only when the listing expressly says so.
