Frequently asked questions
Are items official?
We use the term “official” only where we have reasonable evidence of official manufacture or distribution. Fan-made or unofficial items are clearly identified.
Will I receive the exact item in the photo?
For unique photocards and collector items, photographs normally show the exact item. If an image is representative, the listing will say so.
Where do you ship?
We ship from the Netherlands to the destinations currently available at checkout. See our Shipping policy for rates and transit estimates.
Can I return an order?
As a consumer, you can notify us that you wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You then have 14 days to send the items back. See our Return and refund policy for the return process, return shipping costs and refund timing. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect items are unaffected.
